Privacy notice

This notice explains how the Momo Momtaz Media website and production team handle information provided for editing projects, uploads, support and team access.
Information we receive
We receive names, email addresses, project briefs, uploaded photos, videos and audio, messages, revision requests, delivery records and payment references. Team sign-in provides an account identifier and email address. Security systems process connection information, including IP-derived country and rate-limit identifiers. Optional browser notifications store a push subscription.
Why we use it
We use information to create and deliver projects, communicate updates, provide support, verify payment and protect the service from misuse. Required project details are needed to fulfil your request. Where applicable, processing relies on the service contract, legitimate security and support interests, legal obligations, and consent for optional activities. The site does not make automated decisions about your legal rights.
Team access & service providers
Authorised production and support team members may access project information, including team members in Bangladesh and the United States. Hosting and file storage use Cloudflare through the Sites platform; project email uses Resend; checkout uses Stripe. Team authentication uses an external account sign-in provider. These providers handle information needed for their services under their own terms. This application does not collect card numbers in its project forms.
International processing
Team access and service providers can involve processing outside your home country. A country-based language default does not determine where your files are stored. Contact us before uploading regulated or highly sensitive material to discuss your requirements. We do not claim that all information stays in Bangladesh or the United States, or that a particular international-transfer certification applies to Momo.
Project media retention
For new projects accepting this agreement, the standard media retention period is 90 days after the project is marked Delivered. Download your files before that period ends. The team manages reminders and deletion through its retention workspace; deletion is not an automatic background service. An agreed extension or a legal hold can change this period. Billing, agreement and necessary dispute records may be retained separately. Existing projects require an agreed retention arrangement.
Your choices & requests
Email us to request access, correction, export or deletion of your information, to withdraw an optional permission, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity without requesting unnecessary documents. Requests are handled according to applicable law; some billing or dispute records may need to be retained. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing or complain to a relevant authority.
AI tools & portfolio permission
Submitting an editing project does not give Momo permission to use it in public portfolios or upload identifiable client footage to external generative AI services. These uses require separate, specific permission. Tell the team if your project has additional confidentiality requirements. Keep permissions for identifiable people, minors, music and other third-party material before uploading.
Private links & browser storage
Project and upload links act as access keys: anyone with the complete link may be able to access its project. Keep them private and contact the team if a link is exposed. The browser stores language preferences, upload recovery identifiers and chat access details. Clear site data on shared devices. Optional notifications can be disabled in browser settings.
Children & sensitive material
The ordering and team service is intended for adults acting for themselves or an organisation. Do not submit government identification, passwords, payment card details or medical records through ordinary uploads or chat. Media featuring children requires appropriate permission from a parent or guardian and any other permissions required by law.
