Service agreement
Effective October 14, 2026
This agreement applies to new Momo Momtaz Media editing requests accepted from October 14, 2026. Momo Momtaz Media is the service brand operated by Imtiaz and his team. No corporate registration or legal certification is implied.
Ordering & scope
You must be an adult authorised to place the order and share the supplied material. The standard launch package includes 20 edited reels for US$300, up to 60 seconds each, with cuts, captions, music and transitions. It covers up to 120 minutes of source footage, 2 GB per file and 20 GB per project. Filming, scripting and advanced animation are excluded unless agreed separately. Custom orders follow the written scope and price confirmed for that order. Review taxes and currency at checkout.
Timing & revisions
The standard package targets the first 5 reels within 3 business days and all 20 within 10 business days after payment, the brief and all footage are confirmed. Business days are Monday–Friday. The selected free trial targets one reel within 3 business days after confirmation. Unlimited revisions apply to the agreed reel scope; a new concept, new footage or additional deliverables may require a separately agreed scope. Tell us promptly about problems; material delays or scope changes should be discussed with you.
Cancellation & refunds
Request cancellation through your project chat or by email. A paid project cancelled before editing starts receives a full refund. After editing starts, the unused portion is refundable, with completed work valued against the agreed scope and itemised by the team. Payment processor timing affects when funds reach your account. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies for deficient service are preserved; this agreement does not remove them.
Your content & permissions
You retain rights in your source material. You authorise Momo and its service providers to access and edit it to fulfil your project. You must have the rights and permissions needed for footage, identifiable people, logos, music and other supplied materials. Do not upload unlawful material or content you are not entitled to share. Final edits remain subject to any third-party licence restrictions; ask about music rights before publishing or advertising.
AI & public examples
Portfolio publication and sending identifiable client footage to external generative AI services require a separate, specific permission. Accepting this agreement is not that permission. The team must record any such permission before use.
Storage & downloads
For new projects accepting this agreement, project media has a standard retention period of 90 days after Delivered. Download and back up your final files. The team manages reminders and removal; automatic background deletion is not enabled. Contact us for an extension before expiry. Necessary billing, agreement and dispute records can be retained separately, and legal obligations may require a hold.
Security & acceptable use
Keep project links and team accounts private. Do not impersonate others, bypass access controls, spam support or upload malware. We may restrict harmful activity to protect users and projects. Browser or device limitations can interrupt uploads; keep original files until the site confirms they are saved. No service can promise uninterrupted availability.
Support & applicable rights
Raise service concerns through your project page or the contact email below. We will review the scope, work completed and appropriate remedy with you. Applicable mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain in effect wherever they apply. These pages do not claim blanket compliance with every country’s laws.
